IV Therapy for Terra Mar

Terra Mar sits on the barrier island between the Intracoastal and the ocean. Our clinic is at 3320 N Federal Hwy #102 in Lighthouse Point, on the mainland side. We run IV vitamin infusions in the clinic, and only in the clinic, so a condo unit or a hotel room is not an option. Visits begin with an intake. Janelle Deal, Certified IV Technician, runs the infusion under the supervision of Elizabeth Celestin, APRN, FNP-C, with Dr. Cedric Emden Davis II, MD directing care.

IV Drips for Terra Mar

Terra Mar packs condos, townhomes and a handful of single-family streets onto a narrow piece of land, and many of the units turn over seasonally. Requests from the island lean two ways. Some people want a recovery bag after a weekend that ran long, which is The Resuscitation Drip. Others are here for months and want something bigger, usually NAD+ Brain & Body Reset at 250mg or 500mg, which means one to four hours in the chair depending on dose. The Classic Myers' Cocktail covers the middle ground with magnesium, vitamin C and B-Complex. Coming from Terra Mar, take A1A north over the Hillsboro Inlet bridge, west on Hillsboro Blvd, then south on N Federal Hwy (US-1) to 3320, suite 102. Janelle Deal runs the infusion under Elizabeth Celestin, APRN, FNP-C and Dr. Cedric Emden Davis II, MD.

The island reads differently from the mainland. Terra Mar is dense by Pompano standards, built up with mid-rise buildings and townhouse rows where you can leave the car parked and walk to the sand. Rentals and second homes make up a real share of it, so the population swells from December through April and thins out over the summer. That seasonality shows up in what people want. Winter residents tend to look for something they can repeat while they are in town, and short-stay visitors want one appointment that fits between a flight and a dinner reservation.

Terra Mar — Common Questions

How do I get to the clinic from Terra Mar?

North on A1A, over the Hillsboro Inlet bridge, west on Hillsboro Blvd, then south on N Federal Hwy (US-1) to 3320. Going south on A1A to Atlantic Blvd and cutting west works too. Either way the inlet crossing is a drawbridge, so leave yourself a small buffer.

How long does an NAD+ infusion take?

Longer than anything else on the menu. The 250mg dose runs roughly one to two hours, and the 500mg dose runs two to four. NAD+ is infused slowly on purpose, because pushing it fast is uncomfortable. Bring something to do and avoid scheduling anything tight afterward.

Does an IV do more than drinking water?

For rehydration, yes, an IV works faster and more completely because the fluid goes into the bloodstream rather than waiting on your stomach. That is the honest benefit. What it will not do is undo a bad night, replace sleep, or treat an illness. If you are mildly dehydrated and functional, water and time get you there for free. The infusion is for when you want it handled quickly, or want nutrients at doses you cannot absorb by mouth.

IV vitamin and hydration therapy is a wellness service. It is not a treatment, cure or preventive for any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual responses vary. Nothing here is medical advice, and candidacy is determined at an in-person intake. If you are acutely unwell, contact your physician or go to an emergency room rather than booking an infusion.

Rebuild Therapy Infusions Center is a separate practice from Rebuild Med Spa (#105, aesthetic medicine) and Rebuild Regen Medical (regenerative medicine), which operate at the same street address in different suites.
