A Medical Clinic That Happens to Serve Drips
Rebuild Therapy Infusions Center is an intravenous therapy clinic at 3320 N Federal Hwy #102 in Lighthouse Point, operating under named physician medical direction with published prices and in-clinic infusions only.
How we are set up
Infusions are given by Janelle Deal, a Certified IV Technician, under the supervision of Elizabeth Celestin, APRN, FNP-C and the medical direction of Dr. Cedric Emden Davis II, MD, Florida license ME108693. That structure is what Florida law requires of an IV clinic operating outside a hospital, and we publish it because a fair number of clinics assert supervision without ever naming a physician.
Every patient goes through a clinical intake before a line is placed. It covers your history, current medications, allergies and what you are hoping the drip will actually do. That intake sometimes ends with us declining to treat, and that is the point of having one.
We do not run mobile or in-home infusions. Everything happens in clinic, where there is a supervising clinician, equipment and a controlled environment. That is a deliberate limit on convenience in favour of safety.
Why the prices are on the website
IV therapy has a pricing culture problem. Plenty of clinics hide the menu behind a consultation and introduce add-ons once the line is already in. Some will sell you a membership before you have had a single infusion.
We quote pricing on the phone, before you book, and the intake is included. We do not sell memberships or packages. If the clinical team recommends a different bag than the one you called about, you are quoted the new price before anything is mixed.

IV vitamin therapy is a wellness service. It is not a treatment for disease or a substitute for a diagnosis, and the evidence behind parts of it is thinner than the marketing suggests. NAD+ in particular sits ahead of its evidence base, and we say so on its page rather than in the small print.
The parts that hold up well are worth having. Intravenous delivery reaches plasma concentrations oral dosing cannot, because gut absorption saturates. Rehydration works, and it works quickly. Correcting a real deficiency in B12, zinc or vitamin C produces a real change in how someone feels.
If you are persistently exhausted, get bloodwork from a physician before you buy a course of drips. If you are acutely unwell, go to your doctor or an emergency room. We will give you the same answer on the phone, and we would rather lose the booking than take money for something that will not help.
