Whether any therapy is appropriate for you is decided at an in-person clinical intake, not from a web page. If you are acutely unwell, contact your physician or go to an emergency room rather than booking an infusion.
About the services described
IV vitamin and hydration therapy offered here is a wellness service. It is not a treatment, cure or preventive for any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Individual responses vary. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result.
Pricing
Pricing is quoted by telephone and at intake rather than published on this site, and is subject to change. The price quoted to you before anything is prepared is the price that applies to your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. Elective IV therapy is not covered by insurance.
Appointments and cancellations
Appointments are scheduled by phone at (754) 339-0682. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule so the slot can be offered to someone else.
We reserve the right to decline treatment where clinical screening indicates a therapy is not appropriate for you. In that situation you are not charged for the infusion.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, images and code of this site are owned by the practice or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
