What is in the bag
Zinc and vitamin C are the two micronutrients with the most credible evidence behind them in immune function. Zinc is required for the development and signaling of the white cells that mount a response, and deficiency measurably impairs it. Vitamin C accumulates in neutrophils and supports their function, and the body's demand for it rises during infection. Delivered intravenously, both reach plasma concentrations that oral dosing cannot achieve, because gut absorption of vitamin C saturates and further oral dose is simply excreted. Be Well is the everyday version of that: a crisp, effective dose for keeping defenses up through a season rather than a maximum-strength intervention.
Why patients choose Be Well Immunity
- ✓Vitamin C at plasma levels oral dosing physically cannot reach
- ✓Zinc at the center of the immune argument rather than as a garnish
- ✓Sized for prevention and general resilience, with Ultra Immunity available when symptoms have already started
- ✓A bag of fluid alongside it, which matters when you have been sweating out a fever
- ✓About an hour in the chair

Be Well Immunity — Questions We Get Asked
Will an IV stop my cold?
No. Nothing stops a viral upper respiratory infection, including this. What the evidence supports is that adequate zinc and vitamin C status shortens duration and eases symptom severity somewhat, and that being properly hydrated makes you feel considerably better while your immune system does the actual work. Anyone promising a drip that cures a cold is not being straight with you.
Should I book Be Well or Ultra Immunity?
Be Well is the sensible choice for prevention and general seasonal defense. Ultra Immunity is the maximum-strength version, with a 10,000 mg dose of vitamin C, elevated zinc and a glutathione finish, and it is what most people pick when symptoms have already started. Call and describe what is going on and we will tell you which fits.
Can I come in if I already have a fever?
If you have a fever, a productive cough or anything that might be contagious, call before you arrive at (754) 339-0682 so we can schedule you appropriately or advise you to stay home. Out of respect for other patients in an open infusion room, we may ask you to reschedule. A high or persistent fever should be seen by your physician, not treated with vitamins.
Is high-dose vitamin C safe?
For most people, yes, at the doses used here. The exceptions matter: anyone with G6PD deficiency, a history of kidney stones or impaired renal function should not have high-dose vitamin C without their physician's input, and we screen for that at intake. Our Advanced High Dose Vitamin C infusion requires a G6PD blood test before a first session for exactly this reason.
