What is in the bag
Fatigue has many causes and a vitamin drip addresses only some of them. Where it genuinely helps is when the shortfall is nutritional. B12 and the wider B-complex are cofactors in the reactions that convert food into usable cellular energy, and deficiency in them produces exactly the flat, heavy tiredness people describe. B5 sits in the pathway that builds coenzyme A. L-carnitine transports fatty acids into the mitochondria to be burned, and magnesium is required by several hundred enzymatic reactions including those governing energy metabolism. The Energy Bomb combines all of it at intravenous doses, so absorption does not depend on your digestive tract.
Why patients choose The Energy Bomb

- ✓L-carnitine and magnesium included rather than sold as add-ons
- ✓Targets the mitochondrial pathways rather than masking fatigue with a stimulant, so there are no caffeine jitters
- ✓Commonly booked after long-haul travel, when sleep is disrupted and appetite is off
- ✓About an hour in the chair, no downtime afterwards

The Energy Bomb — Questions We Get Asked
Will this fix my tiredness?
It depends entirely on why you are tired. If you are low in B12 or running on poor nutrition, people often report a real lift for several days. If your fatigue comes from untreated sleep apnea, anemia, thyroid disease, depression or simply not sleeping enough, a drip will not touch the cause and you should see your physician for bloodwork. Persistent unexplained fatigue is worth investigating properly, not infusing repeatedly.
How is this different from a B12 shot?
A B12 injection delivers one vitamin intramuscularly. The Energy Bomb delivers mega-dose B12 alongside the full active B-complex, B5, L-carnitine and magnesium in a bag of IV fluid, so you get the rehydration as well. The shot is quicker; the drip is broader.
Does it help with jet lag?
Many travelers book it for exactly that, and the combination of rehydration after a dry cabin and B vitamins tends to help people feel functional sooner. It does not reset your circadian rhythm, which is the actual mechanism of jet lag. Light exposure and sleep timing do that.
How often can I have it?
Most regulars come every two to four weeks. There is no clinical benefit to weekly infusions for general fatigue, and we will say so rather than sell you a package. Water-soluble vitamins you do not need are excreted, not stored.
